All applicants should bring:

- Your most recent pay stubs for all employers for the last 30 days
- Your W2's for the last two years
- Your most recent bank statement for all bank accounts for the last month
- Your most recent Investment and/or Mutual fund account statement
- Your most recent 401(k), IRA or Profit Sharing Plan Statement
- Name, address and telephone number for any landlord over the last 2 years
- Your complete divorce decree or bankruptcy filing (if applicable)
- A check for $275 for the cost of an appraisal and credit report
(pre-approvals require no up-front
deposit)
- Self-employed borrowers should call in advance for documentation requirements

Customers building a new home should also bring: |
- Your signed contract with your builder
- Your blueprint and specification sheet
- Your builder's name, address and telephone number
- A copy of the deed for your lot if you already own it -or- the purchase agreement for the lot you are purchasing

Customers purchasing a home should bring: |
- A copy of your fully executed purchase agreement
- Your realtor's name, address and telephone number
|
|
Customers who are refinancing should also bring:
|
- A copy of your current survey on your home
- A copy of your current homeowners insurance policy
- Your mortgage company's name, telephone number and your account number
- Copies of the documents from your last mortgage (if readily available, this is a huge help)
